Welcome to Continuity

It’s the Continuity approach that makes us different: whether we’re involved in the restoration of a church, an industrial building, production line machinery, or someone’s home – we aim to make our approach – and the results - the best.

Continuity was established in 1998. Since that time we have grown to become a national independent company, with branches in Keighley, West Yorkshire, Southampton, Shenstone, near Lichfield and London.

Continuity is a specialist damage mitigation company, offering expert help in loss mitigation and restoration to Insurers’ Policyholders after fires, floods, leaking or burst pipes, oil spills, and other such incidents. Many of our staff have worked in the industry for over 25 years: the average age of our staff is the highest in the profession.

Our principal business philosophy is simple: we aim to deliver excellent all-round service to Policyholders. By doing this we make life easier for Loss Adjusters and are increasingly supported by Insurers, who appreciate what we do for their valued Policyholders in their time of real need.

To see that we meet our objectives continually, please browse our Testimonials page. Otherwise, to learn more about the Continuity approach, please click on the links above.
